Refund and return policies

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through ThirdEyeMyco are non-refundable and non-returnable once shipped. We do not accept returns for reasons including change of mind, dissatisfaction with effects, or unapproved use.


2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To process your claim, email us at sales@thirdeyemyco.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


3. Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we aim to ship promptly and securely, ThirdEyeMyco is not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services or customs inspections. If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please follow up with your local carrier.


4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed. If you need to make a change, please contact us at sales@thirdeyemyco.com immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee adjustments will be possible.


5. Unauthorized Returns

Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender.
